Choosing "Online Order Form" allows you to fill out an order form in acrobat reader that will be sent directly to MissionaryCards.com and makes ordering as easy as 1... 2... 3!

Choosing "Email" will allow you to send us an email that needs to contain your name, shipping address, phone number, type of cards or product, quantity of cards or product and form of billing you prefer.

If ordering online or through email does not suit you, we will accept orders via a "Phone" call - 616.458.6606.

We also accept orders through "Standard Mail". Just fill out and mail or fax (616.458.6626 for order form only) an order form and photo if (not uploaded) to:
